The 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar was a historic, groundbreaking edition of the youth tournament. Held from November 3 to November 27, 2025, it was the first ever to feature an expanded format of 48 teams playing a massive schedule of 104 matches. The tournament concluded with Portugal 🇵🇹 claiming their first-ever U-17 world title. Instead of the massive, spread-out concrete plazas seen at senior World Cups, the 2025 U-17 spatial architecture focused on a modular, familyfriendly “sports festival” hub built into the existing green and urban framework of Aspire Park and the surrounding stadium concourses.
